Yoga for spinal and core health relaxes and strengthens the spinal and core muscles, based on Hatha Yoga combined with physiotherapeutic knowledge. In order to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life, our muscles need a certain amount of strength, endurance, the ability to stretch and relax as well as the ability to react and coordinate. These are trained through a regular yoga practice that addresses all levels of your spine. I will specifically address individual questions and problems.
